Singer 2face Idibia has hailed his colleague Adekunle Gold for his ‘transformation’ and ‘smashing’ hits.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, the 46-year-old commended his colleague for dropping back-to-back hit songs in two years and for changing his looks.
“I just want to assume that it’s only me that noticed that AG baby smashed the last two years with hits back to back; plus the maddest transformation. Abi I no well?” he wrote.
Adekunle Gold sparked reactions in 2020 when he changed his physical looks and style of music.

He has since then released hit songs and collaborations including ‘High’ which features pop star Davido, ‘Sinner’, a collaboration with Lucky Daye, Antidote, :Okay’ and a few others.
The singer is married to fellow musician Simi. They have a daughter together.
