Fresh from her Best Actress in a Comedy triumph at the recently held Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award (AMVCA) 2015, Rita Dominic’s eyes are now set on something bigger.
Recent media reports indicate that the 1999 Theatre Art graduate of the University of Port Harcourt on Thursday, March 12 signed a “mouth-watering” contract to star in a movie titled Mary.
With acting credit in more than 100 movies, the 39-year-old has sure come a long way from 1998’s A Time to Kill.
Rita also co-produced The Meeting, which got four awards at AMVCA 2015, alongside her manager and business partner, Mildred Okwo.
Admired for her style on and off the red carpet, Ms Dominic is not just beauty on legs, but also a smart businesswoman and skillful actor.
