After an impressive run at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in September, Steve Gukas’ 93 Days will screen at the Chicago International Film Festival running from October 13 to the 27.
The movie about how a team of brave doctors and a few others stopped the spread of the deadly Ebola virus in Nigeria in 2014 is the only Nollywood production at the festival.
It stars Danny Glover, Bimbo Akintola, Tim Reid, Somkele Iyamah Idhalama, Alastair Mackenzie, Keppy Ekpenyong Bassey, Bimbo Manuel, Charles Okafor, Tina Mba, Gideon Okeke, Paul Adams, Francis Onwochei and many more.
Steve Gukas, Pemon Rami, Bolanle Austen-Peters and Dotun Olakunri produced 93 Days with support from UBA and the Lagos State Government.
