Nigerian supermodel, Oluchi Onweagba, has spoken out against anti-abortion laws, branding the repressive laws ‘wrong.’
The 38-year-old made her point via Instagram on Thursday.
“What is the world turning into?! What happened to, ‘Women rights are Human rights’ ???? #stoptheban period!!! This is wrong on ALL count!” she wrote.
Recognised as the biggest fashion model to ever come out of Nigeria, Oluchi has appeared in editorials for American and Italian Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, and Allure and has appeared on the covers of Italian Vogue, Elle, i-D, Pop, Untold and Surface.
She has walked the runways for Gucci, Carolina Herrera, John Galliano, Missoni, Tommy Hilfiger, Chanel, Bottega Veneta and Christian Dior.
