Chelsea midfielder, N’Golo Kante, has returned to training ahead of the Europa League final against city rivals, Arsenal.
The 27-year-old has been struggling with a hamstring injury since the start of May and missed Chelsea’s final Premier League game of the season.
However, Kante trained with the rest of the Chelsea squad on Monday, making his comeback from injury earlier than expected.
The French international has had an excellent season for the Blues despite being pushed into a more advanced position under Italian manager, Maurizio Sarri.
He is now expected to be in contention for a place in the starting eleven when the two teams meet next week Wednesday.
Chelsea have been unlucky with injuries as of late. Callum Hudson-Odoi, Antonio Rudiger and Ruben Loftus-Cheek have suffered serious injuries and are expected to miss several months of action.
