Game of Thrones actor, Kit Harington, has checked into a rehab where he is getting treatment for stress and alcohol abuse.
The 32-year-old star who starred as Jon Snow on the fantasy series secretly checked into luxury ahead of the show’s ending, which affected him.
The British actor has been undergoing psychological coaching, practicing mindful meditation and cognitive behavioral therapy to combat stress and deal with negative emotions at the facility, which costs over $120,000 a month.
Page Six reports that he remains at the luxury health retreat Privé-Swiss in Connecticut and has been granted permission to leave the premises for walks into town.
In a recent interview Kit Harrington spoke of ‘a huge heave of emotion’ after filming the final scenes of Game of Thrones, which he worked on for eight seasons.
A documentary detailing the final moments among casts of the popular show called The Last Watch was released on Sunday.
