Georgina shared the picture on Instagram on Monday.
Ronaldo played the full 90 minutes as Portugal secured a one-nil victory over The Netherlands to win the inaugural UEFA Nations League title.
The 34-year-old former Real Madrid star had scored an hat trick in the semi-final match against Switzerland.
