Senate President Ahmad Lawan has said that President Muhammadu Buhari would submit the list of ministerial nominees for consideration and approval this week.
Lawan said this during plenary on Wednesday in reaction to a point of order raised by Senator Bassey Akpan.
Akpan had expressed concern that the delay in the submission of the list could affect the holidays of the senators.
Lawan, however, said he was confident that the nominees would be screened by the upper chamber before the annual vacation commences on July 26.
