Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele, is promoting Alero the Musical, a stage production featuring Omotunde Adebowale-David, popularly known as Lolo 1.
Omotunde, who stars as Adaku in Funke’s popular Jenifa’s Diary, will be on stage at MUSON Centre in Lagos on Sunday.

In a message posted on Instagram on Saturday, Funke urged her followers to go watch Omotunde display “her craze”.
Congratulating the 42-year-old mother of four and fellow law graduate, Funke added: “You are a bundle of talent. See you all there tomorrow.”

The presentation of Alero the Musical coincides with that of Man Enough which also holds on Sunday at Terra Kulture a few kilometres from MUSON Centre.
Produced by Bolanle Austen-Peters, Man Enough features Juliana Olayode, who once starred as Toyo Baby in Jenifa’s Diary.

Juliana left the show in 2017 after a disagreement with Funke over appearance fee.
Funke seems not to have forgiven what she termed betrayal by the younger actress in spite of the latter’s efforts at making peace.
