Former lawmaker, Dino Melaye, has accused Kogi West senator, Smart Adeyemi, of breaching contract terms.
The lawmaker, who was knocked off the seat by Adeyemi, said in a tweet on Thursday that Adeyemi wants to make his company the supplier of computers to a school, a project which Melaye says he instituted.

“Smart Adeyemi wrote & visited all MDAs where I have projects in Kogi West. He was in SMEDAN yesterday asking that my project of supply of computers to Titcom College Egbe be awarded to his company after procurement processes have been completed. 3rd eye watching all concern,” he said.
Melaye will be challenging his loss to Adeyemi at the tribunal.
