The new campaign, themed ‘Go Ahead’, is a way of depicting what the company calls its essence in terms of dynamism in voice, data and fixed lines.
In a statement realised by the company on Monday, among popular Nigerian actors to be part of the move are Richard Mofe-Damijo and Sunday Omobolanle better known as ‘Aluwe’.
Aimed at inspiring the network’s subscribers to buy into the uniqueness of their talents, dreams and goals, the commercial campaign will also feature 32 other stars in the entertainment industry, sports and media industries.
Among these are legendary Chika Okpala known as Zebrudaya in the defunct Mew Masquerade TV series as well as Lizzy Eveome, tagged the Ovuleria of the New Masquerade series in those days.
Others on the bill include Bolaji Amusan (Mr. Latin), Madam Ibidun Allison of the Amebo fame in the rested Village Headmaster TV drama and Madam Kofo Abiola.
Other entertainers like well-known ghetto soldier, Daddy Showkey; fuji stars, Saheed Osupa and Wasiu Alabi Pasuma as well as comic acts, Saheed Mohammed (Funky Mallam), Morocco Maduka, Charles Awurum, Victor Osuagwu while former Super Eagles striker and current assistant coach, Daniel Amokachi.
Publisher of Ovation Magazine, Dele Momodu, is also on the list.
