Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham, has given up and coming actors a chance to feature in the sequel of her blockbuster hilarious comedy, Alakada Reloaded.
In a post on Instagram on Tuesday night, the 35-year-old publicised an audition that would be taking place in Lagos, asking followers to indicate interest.

“I will be shooting some scenes on Thursday 19th of Dec in Oniru VI and I want to give some people opportunity to be in my new movie ‘Fate of Alakada’ which is coming out in Cinemas 10th April, 2020. Please if you are interested and have what it takes just comment below. I will send you a DM myself,” she said.
The new mother announced in November that she was planning the fourth production in the popular ‘Alakada’ series titled Fate of Alakada: The Party Planner.
The movie will feature social media comic star, Broda Shaggi.
Previous productions in the acclaimed Alakada series were released in 2009, 2013 and the one in 2017, which had a ground-breaking cinema debut and sold-out shows across Nigeria.

The plot of the popular Alakada series follows the story of Yetunde Animashaun, a young girl from a poor family.
She engages in making up stories and lying about her financial and social status in order to “fit into with the crowd.”
