Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has received British-Nigerian boxer, Anthony Joshua, on arrival to meet President Muhammadu Buhari.
Mrs Dabiri-Erewa received the boxer on Saturday and shared a picture of their meeting on Twitter.
She did not say if Joshua was meeting President Buhari in London. The President is in the United Kingdom for the inaugural UK-Africa Investment Summit scheduled for Monday.
It is unclear if Joshua will present his IBF, WBO, WBA and IBO heavyweight titles to Buhari.
The boxer reclaimed the titles last December from Mexican-American boxer, Andy Ruiz Jr., through a unanimous points decision in Saudi Arabia.
He had earlier lost the titles to Ruiz in June 2019.
