Comedian, Lawrence Oluwaseyitan Aletile, popularly known as Seyi Law, and his wife, Stacey, have celebrated their 9th wedding anniversary in matching Arsenal joggers.
The 36-year-old comedian shared a picture of the couple taken with their three-year-old daughter, Tiwaloluwa Aviella, on Instagram on Friday.
“It’s nine years and we are still counting…We walked down the aisle exactly nine years ago. Happy ninth wedding anniversary to us…,” he wrote.
He also explained the reason for their outfits, writing, “Before you complain of the Arsenal tracksuit. It is significant. It means despite our losses, the things we are yet to attain, we count our winnings and blessings, hopeful for a better tomorrow and the loyalty to stay with each other. Tiwaloluwa is a beautiful blessing beyond the losses.”
In February 2019, the comedian announced on social media that he was divorcing his wife.
He later confirmed that it was a joke and apologised to his wife and fans.
The Lagos State Polytechnic graduate also admitted that he had pulled the divorce prank as a publicity stunt to draw attention to one of his shows.
