Celebrity publisher, Dele Momodu, says he will be donating part of his salary to 20 students – 10 males and 10 females.
Mr Momodu announced this on Monday via Twitter, saying he would be making the donation to students who could prove their status.
“Today, by the grace of almighty God, I will be donating part of my salary to 20 students, 10 male, 10 female, regardless of place of birth or religion, who can send me evidence of their students ID by DM on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram… Recipients will be chosen at random,” he said.
Actress, Kate Henshaw, seemed to joke that she had sent in her details.
The publisher of Ovation Magazine told her she was disqualified.
“Lady @HenshawKate I’m sorry to disqualify you dear… Love always,” he wrote.
She, however, replied: “I was not applying for your giveaway Sir @DeleMomodu, a follower asked me to RT so those on my TL can see it. I do not need anything from you, sir. Thank you, sir. Love always.🙏🏼🙏🏼”
