Media personality, Nancy Isime, has stated that Nigerian comes before her tribe.
The 28-year-old made this known on Sunday when she shared a praise and worship session with her Instagram followers.
“I miss Praise and Worship sessions in church so much. It’s probably the major reason why I attend services…No I’m not Ibo, however I’m Nigerian first before my tribe comes up. I also detest tribalism..”
In an interview with the Punch Newspapers published in March 2017, Nancy said she is Esan from Edo State, though she was born in Lagos.
She also attended secondary school in Benin, the Edo State Capital.
