Singer, Sadiq Onifade, popularly known as WurlD, has reacted to the alleged arrest of an officer of the Nigerian Airforce who was caught on camera dancing to his song, ’Mad’.
The 33-year-old shared his reaction on Instagram on Monday.
’’…Hope it’s not true that this awesome guy got arrested for posting this video of himself on duty. This elevated my mood and I hope we can help get him out if the information is true…,’’ he wrote.
On Friday, rapper, Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, similarly petitioned the Controller-General of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Muhammed Babandede, over the planned transfer of five female NIS officers who partook in the #BopDaddy challenge which he started to promote his new single, Bop Daddy.
The Nigeria Immigration Service on Saturday announced that it had suspended the transfer of the officers.
