Chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Lagos, Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, has felicitated with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on his first anniversary in office.
In a statement on Friday posted on Instagram, the NURTW leader also congratulated Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat.
He said: “I Alhaji Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya ‘Mc Oluomo’ acknowledge the distinct leadership style being exhibited by both the governor and his deputy for the past one year.”
He noted that both men were a blessing and that Lagos would be better.
“I pray that God will give both the governor and deputy the needed knowledge and wisdom needed to peddle the boat of the state to a greater heights,” he added.
MC Oluomo had in a recent Instagram Live conversation with Funmi Iyanda on Public Eye said he had no ambition to become governor of Lagos.
