Singers, Adekunle Gold and Falz, have shared Instagram pictures of each other from when they were much younger in an apparent throwback ‘war.
Adekunle, 33, shared pictures of Falz in a white suit and and dark sunglasses, joking about Falz’s song, ‘Bop Daddy’ in the caption.
“Nothing serious, Just a bop daddy in my dad’s coat,” he wrote.
He then shared another picture, this time of Falz a blue suit and pink tie flanked by two girls
Falz, 29, hit back by sharing a picture of Adekunle in a brown shirt and bowler hat, making refernce to Adekunle’s nickname, AG Baby.
He captioned it,”AG Baby was not your baby here.”
The ‘This is Nigeria’ singer also shared another one of Adekunle in a smiling for the camera in a black and purple shirt.
This led Adekunle, who welcomed his first child with wife, Simi, on May 30, to acknowledge defeat.
“You win,” he wrote in the comments section.
Falz was previously linked to Adekunle’s wife Simi, especially after they released the 2015 song, ‘JAMB Question.’
She denied that they were an item in an interview with Wazobia Max FM.
“I’m not dating Falz. I was not dating Falz. I never said I was dating Falz,” she insisted.
She went on to marry Adekunle Gold in January 2019.
