Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has stated that he is willing to slash his fee and do whatever else it takes to be on set with fellow actor, Olu Jacobs.
The 38-year-old made this known on Thursday when he celebrated Jacobs, whom he hailed as a legend, on Instagram.
“Just tell me I’ll be on set with him and I’ll be willing to do anything to make it happen, even if it means slashing my fee. The Legend, the great uncle Olu Jacobs. @_olujacobs. Today is not his birthday but I choose to celebrate him for his impact in my career…,” he wrote.
Olu Jacobs was reported dead in a rumour widely circulated on social media on June 10.
The rumour was debunked by actresses, Kate Henshaw and Lala Akindoju and the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria (AGN) on the same day, though neither Jacobs nor his wife, Joke Silva, have addressed the rumour at the time of filing this report.
