Singer and mother of twins, Emma Nyra, has boasted that she is “the original Naira before the Marley.”
The 31-year-old made the joke on Tuesday when she made a video of herself strutting in a short flowery dress and lace-up ankle boots.
“The original Naira before the Marley,” she captioned the post.
When a fan with username, @sunnycharles tagged singer, Naira Marley, asking him to “comman see,” Emma replied, “I’m a Marlian o. Don’t try me.”
Emma Nyra, who was born in the United States of America, was previously signed to the Made Men Music Group (MMG) record label owned by Ubi Franklin.
She left the label in 2014 citing “abuse with physical and verbal force” from Ubi Franklin, who was also her manager.
Ubi has denied the allegation.
