Nollywood actress, Anita Joseph, has come under attack on social media for criticising Ghanaian counterpart, Rosemond Brown, popularly known as Akuapem Poloo, who posed for pictures naked with her seven-year-old son.
Anita reposted the viral picture on Instagram on Wednesday, describing Poloo as a ‘delusional’ person in need of urgent ‘mental evaluation’.
“There are other decent and creative ways to get the attention you needed!! You just messed up this child’s head. It’s a shame,” she wrote.
Anita’s followers, however, attacked her in the comments’ section for reposting the picture.
“Honestly I think you goofed big time by reposting this. Is that supposed to fetch you some attention you haven’t gained in a while? Smh,” @ednabensonbennett wrote.
“Nooo!!! Anita you shouldn’t have posted this, I see nothing wrong with this although she should not have posted it being an African and living in Africa where our Mentality is behind to understand the sacrifices that mothers make to bring lives into this world,” @lucci_gucci_official wrote.
“Madam, get out! You’re not any better,” @ugonwezemma wrote.
Another social media user, @labellanelson, wrote: “You’re very wicked after she asked for forgiveness and deleted the post on her page you went ahead and reposted it.”
“Who complains about your ‘dropping thighs’ you’ve been posting?” @pistis_anne asked Anita.
Another user, @loveyten, told the actress: “My likeness for you vanished the moment you posted this…what do you post on married women who go naked or half naked on social media?”
Poloo has apologised for the picture, claiming it was an ‘artistic impression’.
