Babagana Wakil, the Chief of Staff to Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum, has died.
The state government announced this in a statement on Wednesday, although kept mute on details of his death.
The statement said the deceased would be buried same day in consonance with Islamic rites.
“Jana’iza of late chief of staff, Dr Babagana Wakil is to hold 4 pm today at his extended family residence in Shehuri North, Maiduguri,” the statement read.
