Group Chief Executive of Oando Plc, Wale Tinubu, is celebrating the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva, on his 56th birthday.
In a post on Twitter on Tuesday, Mr Tinubu described the former Bayelsa State governor as a great and sincere leader.
“Happy Birthday to a man of great leadership, vision and sincerity. I commend your laudable initiatives in moving the sector forward and wish you many more years in good health @HETimipreSylva,” wrote Tinubu.
Born on July 7, 1964, Sylva had his secondary education at Government Secondary School, Brass and thereafter attended the University of Port Harcourt where he graduated with a distinction in English (Linguistics).
He was subsequently awarded a doctorate in International Relations (Honoris Causa) by the University of Business and International Studies, Geneva, Switzerland in 2011.
Sylva was appointed minister last August.
