Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham, has joked that the quickest way to go broke in Nigeria is to keep partying and popping endless bottles of champagne while at it.
The 35-year-old said this on Friday in reaction to a tweet by rapper, Erigga, who wanted to know the fastest way to become penniless in the country.
“Just keep going to club and be popping champagne,” she told him.
In a recent appearance on the TVC breakfast show, The View, the Elevator Baby actress admitted that she only started making money as an actress in 2016.
“If this (COVID-19 lockdown) had happened five years ago, I wouldn’t have been able to give because I was not making money then. I just started making money three or four years ago,” she said.
