Singer Burna Boy has made appearance on the Rolling Stone Top 500 Artists chart, landing at number 128 with the release of his fifth studio album Twice as Tall.
The announcement was made by Rolling Stone via their official Twitter page on Wednesday.
The Rolling Stone Artists 500 chart ranks the most streamed artistes of the week in the United States, taking into account audio streams across an artiste’s entire catalogue during the tracking period.
According to an article published on the company’s website on Tuesday, Burna Boy has pulled in a total of 14.8 million streams between August 14 and August 20 in the United States.
“Nigerian Star Burna boy is reaching new streaming heights in the U.S,” the company tweeted.
This news comes weeks after Burna released his new album Twice as Tall which was produced by American music producer Diddy.
The award-winning singer made number 54 on Billboard 200 chart on Monday.
