Lagos State Government on Monday began rebuilding the fence which got damaged following a helicopter crash last Friday.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu had visited the scene of the crash in Opebi area of the state on Saturday and promised to foot the bill for whatever was damaged.
All three persons on board the helicopter died.
The government began rebuilding the fence destroyed after an integrity test was carried out on the affected buildings.
Director General, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) Femi Oke-Osanyintolu said the area was also fumigated.
“The damaged fence is being reconstructed and the area has been fumigated. Integrity testing has been carried out on the affected buildings,” he said.
