Supermodel, Chrissy Teigen, and her singer husband, John Legend, have finally let the cat out of the bag.
The 30-year-old FABlife host on Wednesday night revealed the sex of their unborn child on Instagram.
Instead of using the regular pink or blue balloons as codes, she simply blurted it out.
She broke the news as she shared her new Vogue magazine cover, which was shot in her native country of Thailand.
“So proud and honored to have shot the cover of Vogue Thailand! Special to me for so many reasons…one being I am SO PROUD to be Thai, so excited to have shot a Vogue cover (a dream, of course),” she wrote.
The Sports Illustrated cover girl continued, “annnnd a couple minutes after this shot, John and I learned we were having our little baby girl!”
Her husband also uploaded an image of the magazine cover on Instagram with the message “Chrissy’s Vogue Thailand cover. From the day we found out we were pregnant with our baby girl. Photo by @yutsai88”.
John Legend’s better half announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post in October.
She wrote, “John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant 🙂 As many of you know, we’ve been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn’t been easy, but we kept trying because we can’t wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family.”
Teigen and Legend first met on the set of his 2007 music video for ‘Stereo’. After four years of dating, they became engaged in December 2011.
The couple tied the knot at a New York City courthouse, USA before jetting off to Lake Como, Italy, in September 2013 for a lavish wedding ceremony.
