Comedian Helen Paul has called on traditional rulers to intervene in the crisis ongoing in the country as regards the #EndSARS campaign.
The 42-year-old made this plea in an Instagram post on Wednesday following the Lekki shooting in Lagos.
She said, “I believe so much in our traditional rulers who have been there before the adaptation of foreign system of government.
“Please come out and fight for your people please, those that have not been made government traditional ambassadors should speak on our behalf.”
Many are feared dead and others injured after men in military uniforms opened fire on #EndSARS protesters at the Lekki toll plaza on Tuesday night.
