Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham, Mercy Aigbe and others have donated to help their colleague Joke Jigan stock up her shop after it was looted on Thursday.
Joke thanked them for their contribution, although she did not disclose how much each of them donated.
In an Instagram post on Saturday, Joke said, “Aunty Toyin!!!!!!! I love you!!!!!”
“Aunty Mercy!!!!!! I don’t even know what to write sef, I love you!” she wrote again, thanking Mercy Aigbe this time.
Thanking Tayo Sobola, Joke wrote: “Sotee!!!!! Kill me oo!!! u can’t tell me to be quiet after that kind of money nau haba! Thank you is not even enough!”
Joke had also disclosed her son’s bakery was looted by hoodlums disguising as #EndSARS protesters.
