Bola Ilori special adviser to the Minister of Interior Rauf Aregbesola has been appointed chairman of the Federal Government task force on monitoring and enforcement of Nigerian expatriate business permit and expatriate quota administration.
The nine-man task force was inaugurated by Mr Aregbesola on Tuesday in his office in Abuja.
Commenting on the appointment, Mr Ilori wrote on Facebook on Wednesday: “I seek the support of all to ensure our youths get gainfully employed in related private sector in line with Nigerian laws and regulations.”
Ilori was the executive secretary of Alimoso Local Government Area between 2002 and 2003.
He was special adviser on environment to former Lagos State governor Bola Tinubu. He soon joined ex-Ondo governor Segun Mimiko in the same role.
Ilori had also served as commissioner for regional cooperation and integration during Aregbesola’s second tenure as Osun governor.
