Nollywood actor Kanayo O Kanayo has received gifts for being the first lawyer to emerged from his community.
The 58-year-old shared a video of himself holding a live chicken and addressing some of his people in an Instagram post on Friday.
“My community, Nru Umueze Oboama, Ezinihitte Mbaise, IMO State, presented me with gifts as the first Lawyer produced the Umuike na Nkwo clan.
“To God be all the glory for mercies, ” he wrote.
In another post said he encouraged his community members to abide by the law.
“They came to find out if what they saw all over the social media on September 15th was true, that their son was called to the bar,” he wrote.
Kanayo O. Kanayo was called to bar as Barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in September.
