Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Tuesday expressed pride at his son Marvin whom he said was charting his own way through life.
The governor said in a tweet that he was proud of the boy and prayed for more blessings.
“Marvin, every day, as I watch you chart your own way through life and see your countless silent victories, I am constantly reminded of how proud of you I am.
“As you celebrate another year my son, I pray that our Almighty Father in heaven continues to bless you! Happy Birthday!” he said.
On Monday, Mr Okowa’s daughter Marilyn also celebrated her birthday.
The governor said she was evolving into a “powerful” woman.
“To my beautiful daughter, Marilyn: Watching you evolve into a powerful, fierce and people-centered young woman has been one of my proudest achievements as a father.
“Keep doing all that you do and being who you are. Happy Birthday!” the proud father said.
