Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori has joined AC Milan on loan till the end of the season.
Neither club confirmed the figure but a buy option for the 23-year-old is believed to stand at £25 million ($34m).
Milan have been seeking to strengthen their central defensive options this term.
The club confirmed the signing on Twitter.
Milan sits top of Serie A on 43 points after 18 games. It recently added to its ranks the centre-forward Mario Mandzukic as a free agent.
Tomori first joined Chelsea at under-8s level, and has played 27 times for the Blues’ first team.
He made his Chelsea debut in 2016 before spending time on loan in the Championship with Brighton, Hull and Derby.
