Former minister of aviation Femi Fani-Kayode and his estranged wife Precious Chikwendu have both written lovely notes to celebrate their first son together Aragorn on his fifth birthday.
Mr Fani-Kayode said he knew Aragorn would bring him nothing but joy on the day he was born.
“Today is ur 5th birthday my beautiful son Aragorn. I remember the day u were born. I watched u pop out of ur mother’s womb that day & come into the world. From that minute up until today u have given me nothing but joy. U have brought me hope, strength, honor and inspiration,” he said in a social media post on Monday.
The ex-minister then rained prayers on the boy.
On her part, Chikwendu who prefers to call him Lotanna described him as one who understands her blink without an utterance.
“You are that one that would wipe that tears I won’t shed now till it’s done, the one that is blessed beyond measures and loved highly, the leader of the tribe and a loving big brother to my umu boys,” she said in an Instagram post.
Fani-Kayode’s union with Chikwendu, a former beauty queen, ended last year.
They have four boys together.
