Daniel Ighalo the first son of Nigeria international Odion Ighalo on Friday clocked a year older.
Although, Ighalo did not make a special social media post to celebrate his son, he retweeted a post by his fan page celebrating the boy.
“Happy Birthday To The Olori Ebi Of The Family. Daniel Ighalo. Send Your Good Wishes And Prayers To Him,” the post read.
Ighalo has three children — Daniel, Samuel and a girl Bernice.
The attacker recently penned a two-and-half year deal with Saudi Arabian Pro League club Al-Shabab.
The move opens a new chapter for the 31-year-old who spent a year on loan at Manchester United from Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua.
Al-Shabab are looking to winning their first league title since 2011/12.
