Former minister of aviation Femi Fani-Kayode on Tuesday night hosted former governor of Abia State Senator Orji Kalu.
Mr Fani-Kayode said he has been friends with Kalu for over three decades, adding that it was a pleasure to host the ex-governor who is now Senate chief whip.
“I had the honor & privilege of receiving Sen. Orji Uzor Kanu in my home for dinner last night. We had a wonderful time & a fruitful discussion about our country. Orji & I have been friends & brothers for over 30 years & it is always my pleasure to see him & host him in my home,” he said.
Kalu is a member of the All Progressives Congress which Fani-Kayode has been rumoured to be plotting to join.
The ex-minister has met several political leaders in recent times including Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde and Enugu State Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.
