Fuji musicians, Saheed Osupa, and Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, popularly known as Pasuma, have celebrated their colleague, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as K1 de Ultimate, on his 64th birthday.
Saheed, 51, in a post on Instagram on Wednesday, described the musician as ‘an iconic pillar of Fuji Music’ who has over the years continued to uphold the natural beauty of Fuji in the modern sense.
He wished the Mayegun of Yorubaland greater heights.
“Ade-Ori Okin adds another age, Happy birthday to the Fuji Maestro. An iconic pillar of Fuji Music who has over the years continued to uphold the natural beauty of Fuji in the modern sense, without derailing from the source.
“Mayegun-in-General is undoubtedly a figure to be reckoned, both in the music industry and outside. Fuji Music is blessed to have you,” he wrote.
Pasuma shared pictures of K1 on Instagram.

K1 de Ultimate was born in Lagos State.
He started his music career in 1980 and is famous for popularising Fuji music.
