Obama DMW, an ally of pop singer Davido, has died of suspected heart attack according to multiple media reports.
The man born Habeeb Uthman reportedly drove himself to a hospital in Lekki, Lagos State on Tuesday to complain that he was feeling unwell.
He died a few hours after he was admitted at the hospital.
Apart from his affiliation with Davido, the deceased also ran his own music label named Obama Music Worldwide (OMW) inspired by his benefactor’s Davido Music Worldwide (DMW).
His death came six months after that of Davido’s bodyguard Tijani Olamilekan, alias Teejay, who died in December.
Davido lost three other friends Tagbo Umeike, Chime Amaechi and Olugbemiga Abiodun, better known as DJ Olu, in October 2017.
DJ Olu was the son of incumbent Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State.
