Nigerian celebrities like Simi, Bovi, Weird MC and Princess have sent in consolatory messages to Farida Fasasi, wife of the late singer Sound Sultan, after she penned a tribute on Wednesday one month after his death.
Singer Simi wrote; “Our hearts are with you sis. God keep you and your angels. I pray for comfort and hope for your heart.”
“Sis hugs, may God comfort you at a time like this and always. My thoughts and prayers are being offered for u always. Please be strong we love you we are rooting for you,” rapper Weird MC wrote.
“Please be strong,” comedian Bovi wrote.
“Lanre Please ask God to personally comfort your wife,” comedienne Princess wrote.
Sound Sultan died of throat cancer on July 11, 2021. He was aged 44.
