Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is scheduled to preach on Thursday, August 19 at the 25th annual convention of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) for the Americas.
RCCG The Americas is made up of North America, South America, Central America, The Pacific and The Caribbean. Pastor James Fadel is the continental overseer.
Themed ‘New Beginning’, the programme will hold at the Texas, USA campground of the church. It can also be accessed online on YouTube and on other social media platforms of RCCG The Americas.
Osinbajo, a senior pastor of the RCCG, will preach during the men’s fellowship break-out session of the convention.
RCCG general overseer Pastor Enoch Adeboye had already taken the bible study of Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and the opening ministration of the convention on Wednesday, August 18. He is expected to dedicate new projects on the expansive campground on Thursday.
Adeboye’s wife Pastor Folu will also preach at the women’s conference of the convention, while there will be Bible College and school of disciples’ graduation and ordination of deacons and deaconesses, assistant pastors and full pastors. Young adults’ conference will also hold on Thursday.
The convention, which comes after the Nigerian version, will be rounded off on Friday, August 20 with the Holy Ghost Service.
