Singer Temilade Openiyi popularly known as Tems on Wednesday met American singer Rihanna at an event promoting the latter’s Savage Xfenty collection in America.
Tems shared an Instagram video of the two singers expressing their excitement as they hugged each other, with Rihanna screaming “oh my God” in excitement.
Since her collaboration with Wizkid on the hit song ‘Essence’, which peaked at number 16 on billboard top 100, the 26-year-old has received international recognition.
The Lagos-born was also recently featured on Drake’s new album Certified Lover Boy. In a Twitter post, she expressed her gratitude to the American singer for the opportunity to work with him.

On September 15, she released her EP If Orange was a Place with five tracks.
