Actress Chizzy Alichi has warned her fans against internet fraudsters defrauding people in her name using fake accounts.
The actress gave the warning in an Instagram post on Monday.
Chizzy also shared a screenshot of her Facebook account, warning against contacting the fake ones.
“This is my new and only Facebook Account and the link is on my Bio. Others are FAKE. Please all my lovely fans and family, kindly follow my new Facebook account with the link on my Bio. Thanks,” she wrote.
Fellow actress Toyin Abraham had also made an Instagram post warning her fans against internet hackers.
Like Chizzy, Toyin uploaded screenshots of all her social media accounts, telling her fans to beware of scammers.
“Please these are my real and correct social media handles All my social media handles are verified please beware of scammers,” she wrote.
