Pastor Foluke Adeboye, wife of the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye, on Friday night posted on Instagram a 2018 document showing the declaration of March 21, 2018 as RCCG Day in Houston, Texas, United States.
According to the document signed on March 8, 2021, Mayor of Houston at the time Sylvester Turner praised the RCCG for being impactful in the city.
March 21, 2018 was billed for the RCCG Holy Ghost Rally in Houston, with Adeboye as the headline preacher.
Adeboye’s wife said the church was really blessed and that she was thankful for the impact of the church across the world.
“The Redeemed Christian Church of God is really blessed and everyday I give glory to God for what he is doing for and through his church around the globe. Let Somebody shout Hallelujah,” she said.
Adeboye, on Friday, concluded a Special Holy Ghost Service which began on Thursday in Abuja themed ‘Alpha and Omega’.
