The celebrities on Wednesday, November 17 gifted the singer the sum of one million naira each as a birthday gift.
Reacting to the alert from Obi Cubana Davido wrote ” Obi Cubana haaaaaa!!! baba don finish me!!!!! love you baba!!”
Davido also shared a screenshot of a video call with Otedola with the caption “@femiotedola FO!!! THIS ONE NO BE ALERT NAH ALARM!!”
Acknowledging Naira Marley’s token, the pop star wrote “MARLIANS!!! @nairamarley forever love u!!!”
Content creators Ikorodu Bois also gifted the singer the sum of 5,000 naira saying, “Help us manage am, e no easy,”
Appreciating them for their kind gestures Davido wrote, “It’s the thought counts love y’all.”
Davido also shared alerts from other celebrities Patoranking, Dorathy Bachor and Phyno and thanked them for their generosity.
The challenge started on Tuesday, November 16 after the singer posted a video on his Instagram story, telling his friends to send him one million naira as proof of their friendship and loyalty to him.
While opening an account dedicated to this purpose Davido stated that he has always been on the giving side, and now it’s his turn to receive.
Other celebrities like Tiwa Savage, Tunde Ednut, Mayorkun, Dremo, Neo Akpofure, and Diamond Platinumz were also tagged to the post.
