Rapper Divine Ikubor aka Rema has called out DJ Neptune for releasing a song they recorded together without his approval.
The young rapper vented on Twitter on Friday.
According to Rema, he had pleaded with his management when he was tagged before the song dropped, but the track was still released without his knowledge.
“With all due respect chief! Dropped my old record without due process?!! I’m not happy at all. @deejayneptune. Speaking further, Rema asked the disc jockey to take down the song, adding he kept quiet because he was trying to protect some people’s interests and feed his family.
“Lastly, TAKE MY SHIT DOWN! I’m finna make new enemies after this, but God big pass INDUSTRY. This GAME has slapped me too many times on the cheek, I dey quiet because I get people interest to protect and a family to feed. Abeg I sabi mind my business but make nobody vex me o,” he concluded.
