American R&B singer, Ciara, arrived Nigeria on Friday evening ahead of her appearance at Darey Art Alade’s annual show, Love Like A Movie 3.
And the ‘I Bet’ singer is making sure fans across the world are aware she is in the biggest black country in the world.
No sooner had she touched ground than she uploaded a short video clip of her riding in a car in Lagos.
That was followed by a picture of a garden egg hawker with her tray of wares balanced on her head.
She tagged the latter “Beautiful and Talented”.
Fans are already speculating if the picture of the hawker will become viral like that of former bread seller Olajumoke Orisaguna who found fame after she hawked her way into a Tinie Tempah photoshoot by TY Bello.
Nigerian filmmaker, Ayo Shonaiya, asked in a Facebook post: “Are we now going to look for this new “Olajumoke” and turn her into a model and motivational speaker too? Maybe she can sing and will perform as the opening act for Ciara on Sunday?”
Ciara is expected to share the Love Like A Movie stage with Yemi Alade, Adekunle Gold, Iyanya, Sound Sultan, Zaina, Omawumi, Sammy, Olamide, Vector, Kaffy, Simi, Tolu, Blackky, Styl Plus, Jazzman Olofin, Weird MC and Kenny Black.
Previous editions featured American celebrities, Kim Kardashian (2013) and Kelly Rowland (2014).
