Filmmaker Kunle Afolayan has revealed that veteran actress Sola Sobowale, actor Kunle Remi and Sugar Rush star Bimbo Ademoye will be starring in his next movie.
The filmmaker shared photos of himself, Sola, Bimbo and Kunle Remi on Instagram on Friday, January 21.
He, however, did not give any details about the film or when it is set to release.
Captioning the photo, he wrote: ” Breaking news!! We are at it again. Another kunle Afolayan Production @kapmotionpictures@goldeneffectspictures. Watch this space.”
Sola also shared the photos on her Instagram page saying, “Breaking news! we’re at it again. About to cook up a storm for your viewing pleasure. Watch out.”
Bimbo also stormed social media to share the good news.
“Reunited with my mom and some Aiit people to cook up a storm for your viewing pleasure in the nearest future. A Kunle Afolayan film,” she wrote.
Sola, who is no stranger to the Afolayan’s has been spotted on several occasions hanging out at Kunle’s Kap Hub restaurant and bar.
The Citation director on September 25 2021 hailed Sola as King of Boys while filming on set in Ibadan.
“Do you know the king? Have you met the king? If you haven’t, the king is he here,” he said.
Kunle Remi who starred in Kunle Afolayan’s Netflix film A Naija Christmas and Bimbo has also been hosted by Afolayan at the Kap Hub.
The filmmaker uploaded photos of the celebrities’ visits on Instagram on December 12, appreciating them for coming.
“Yesterday I hosted some of the best talents and pals @afefeyeye_restaurantandbar Bimbo Ademoye arrived earlier than everyone and we had a great time eating “Obe maami” and things. The talented @ikorodu_bois also stopped by and the Mr Naija Christmas himself @kunleremiofficial also carry head enter.” he wrote.
