Afrobeat singer Seun Kuti has knocked down a critic who said he should be sued for dragging businessman Aliko Dangote into his statement on ritual killings.
The singer had made several Instagram post about Africans and rituals killings.
In one of the post, he wrote: “99 percent of the wealth in the country is earned by sacrificing the lives and destinies of millions of Nigerians, that is the real money ritual!! You think say na ordinary eye dey make Dangote trailer no get brake?
“Then smash children to death? Abi na ordinary eye building dey take collapse crush children to death for school? All the lives Wey bad roads dey take? All the avoidable deaths in our hospital? Listen NIGERIA ITSELF IS A MONEY RITUAL! and all your big men and women are RITUALISTS abi na ordinary eye Hair dresser dey take turn Oil Mogul? Abeg make una shift.”
Reacting in the comment section of the post on Tuesday, a critic who goes by the name @Kayh_100 slammed the singer, saying he should be dragged to court over his statement.
He said: “Aliko Dangote sue @bigbirdkuti with ransom of 300 billion. The guy too dey talk nonsense.”
Reacting in an Instagram story, the 39-year-old artiste replied saying, “First if all it’s called damages not ransom.Second I wish the NS&R would let me wipe the floor with your heroes.”
