Former Big Brother Naija housemate Gifty Powers has reacted to actress Annie Idibia’s N50 million credit alert announcement.
Annie had on Thursday said that her husband 2face Idibia gave her the money as Valentine’s gift.
She also shared screenshots of the alert in an Instagram story. She, however, did not reveal her account balance in the shared screenshot.
Following Annie’s display, Gifty took to her Instagram story to question why people always hide their bank account balance while showing off credit alerts.
“I don’t have a problem with people receiving bank alerts from their loved ones but my question is, why do they always cover their account balance.
“Please this isn’t a sarcastic question. I just want to know the reason behind it abi na trend?”
